Princess Tower, Dubai Marina
Every so often you step into an apartment that just makes you take a breath and slow down. This two bedroom apartment at Princess Tower in Dubai Marina feels exactly like that. Honestly the first thing you'll probably notice is the view because it kind of takes you by surprise. Floor to ceiling windows wrap around the living area and you can look right across to Emaar Beachfront and the Palm Jumeirah. I actually stood by one of the windows for a bit just watching the colours change over the Marina. You have two balconies here which is a bit rare especially high up in Princess Tower. There's space to step outside in the evening and watch the city settle down with a coffee or a good book. The air always feels fresher up here.
Inside it really does not feel like your average Dubai apartment. The ceilings are higher than you expect which makes the whole place feel uncluttered and even a little calming. The living area and open kitchen actually work together for people who like to cook and chat at the same time. People sometimes say open plan and it does not always feel genuine but here it is. The kitchen is set up with all the main appliances you need and honestly you can make a proper meal here without feeling squeezed in. The finishes are clean and there's even furniture pieces already that feel modern without being cold. You can see yourself having friends over for dinner or just enjoying something quick on a weeknight if time gets away from you.
Each bedroom really feels like its own space. The main bedroom sits in the corner of the apartment and it has two windows looking out towards the water. Sometimes you can just sit on the bed and watch the lights across the Palm. It is the kind of room where mornings feel a bit special because of how the light comes in. There's a good amount of storage too so you do not have to worry about finding a place for everything. The guest bedroom is nice for visitors or even if you work from home. You get your own balcony here too which I think is a great touch. Sometimes guests just like having their own spot outside.
Both bathrooms are en suite which is always convenient. There's also a powder room for when you have people popping in. The finishes in the bathrooms are clean and practical so it just feels easy to keep tidy.
Princess Tower itself is one of those addresses in Dubai Marina that people remember for good reason. It is tall even by Dubai standards so the feeling of privacy is strong here. Residents have access to everything you might want. Plenty of parking spaces below ground carefully arranged. Multiple elevators so you are never waiting for long. There is an indoor pool where the temperature stays cool even when summer gets intense and an outdoor pool as well for when the weather is just right. There are two gyms each with plenty of space and good equipment. There's a play area for kids. Plus you will find sauna and steam rooms for winding down after a long day. There are rooms for meetings and a billiards room for relaxing at weekends which people actually use by the way. The lounge area downstairs is really well kept and a bit quieter than in some other buildings I have seen.
What is really great is you do not even need to drive half the time. The Dubai Tram and Metro stops are both within a short walk. You can wander down to Marina Walk for coffee or to meet friends. There are some great little cafes around here. Evenings sometimes see families strolling along the water or people jogging when it cools off. You are close to Marina Mall for all the essentials and JBR Beach is easy to get to if you just feel like sand under your feet. There's so much packed into this part of Dubai Marina but the area around Princess Tower is a bit quieter which many people actually prefer.
I think places like this are better felt than explained. If you want to see if it feels right for you or if you have questions just give us a shout here at LuxuryProperty com. We want to help make your next home search relaxed and straightforward. Come see it for yourself if you are curious.
