Mulberry 1, Park Heights, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just ask you to pause for a second as you walk in. This two bedroom apartment in Mulberry at Park Heights feels like that right from the start. I remember stepping inside and catching that soft green light from the park drifting through those huge windows and it made me slow down. You notice how quiet it is. It sits right where Dubai Hills Estate feels most peaceful but you still feel close to everything you need. That clear view does something to you. You can see the Address Villas from here and then your gaze just naturally wanders across all those trees and open green lawns. Sometimes you will end up watching a few dogwalkers going by or spot a family down in the park having a picnic. There are no people looking back from a busy balcony opposite. Instead you get privacy and these restful mornings that actually help you ease into the day instead of rushing.
Right from the entrance hallway you feel the openness, the way the apartment breathes a little. It is just over thirteen hundred square feet which makes everything feel genuinely roomy without being overwhelming. Often in Dubai apartments you get these big showy rooms but not much useable space. Here you do not have to slide around furniture. There is balance. The living room just fills with daylight but somehow keeps from getting too hot in the summer sun. I have noticed apartments where the windows make a place too bright and you are always cranking the AC. Here it just feels calm and natural. Sometimes the way the light pools on the floors in the afternoon makes you want to just kick back with a book for a bit.
The kitchen is not one of those tucked away corners where no one wants to cook either. It actually opens up so you can still chat if people are sitting at the dining table or lounging nearby. There is this easy flow from the kitchen into the rest of the living area so you never feel cut off. I see this suiting anyone who likes to actually use their kitchen and not just order takeout every day. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms which just saves so much hassle in the morning. The spaces inside actually feel generous. Both rooms catch that peaceful green view and you get big windows in each so it never feels boxed in. The master bedroom has a bit more in terms of wardrobe space and the attached bathroom just invites long hot showers after work or a run in the park. There is even a separate guest bathroom right at the entrance. That means friends never need to wander through your private space which honestly is a thought more places could use.
The best thing is that this apartment is vacant already. You can pop in and walk the space to see if your own things will fit. That helps more than any photos can, trust me. Nothing feels lived in or tired, you are not waiting for anyone to move out, and you will see straight away if the vibe suits you. There is also underground parking and I find that honestly makes summer afternoons much easier when you do not need to cook in the car even before you get inside. The gym and pool only a few steps away never seems crowded. Having that right outside is underrated after a long day.
Mulberry stands out for having the park right outside. The biking and jogging paths just start on your doorstep. Sometimes in the evenings I see kids riding bikes past the fountains and you can hear birds more than traffic most mornings. There are always people jogging or just walking with a coffee. Coffee shops and grocery stores are never far and Dubai Hills Mall is just down the road by car.
Dubai Hills Estate feels like one of those real communities where people actually talk to each other not just pass in elevators. You will sometimes see neighbors chatting at the front gates or walking dogs after sunset. The building is set back from the main street so you get quiet and privacy most of the day and almost forget you are in the heart of Dubai.
The only way to know if it feels right is to come and see it yourself. If you have any questions or want a quick look just reach out whenever you like. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to keep things relaxed and comfortable for your next move.
