Some places just feel right as soon as you open the door. This two bedroom apartment in Park Heights at Dubai Hills Estate gave me that kind of feeling. You can almost hear the birds outside early morning because there is this quiet calm in the air even before you walk through the living room. Honestly it is the kind of home that makes you slow down just by being in it.

First thing I noticed is how the big windows really make the space feel open. Sunlight moves across the room at different times of day and sometimes you just catch yourself sitting with a cup of coffee looking out over the pool. It is a proper pool view too not just a glimpse. People swim down there and you can hear the light splash when everything else is quiet. There is something relaxing about it. Being in Park Heights you get all the little extras that actually make a difference. I mean things like the multi purpose hall where neighbours sometimes do yoga classes or birthday parties or the green spaces where you can just sit with a book. This community has that mix of luxury and comfort without being too showy. You can walk out and grab groceries from the shops that line the promenade or sneak off to one of the cafes for a quiet hour with your laptop. Golf lovers will definitely know about the Dubai Hills Golf Course and honestly walking the course or just having an early breakfast by the club house feels pretty special.
