Some places just feel easy the moment you walk in. That is what happened for me when I first stepped into this two bedroom apartment at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate. The light was pouring in through the big windows and even just walking from the elevator to the front door you get this sense that the building is lived in and loved. Park Heights has its own rhythm to it. Quiet in the morning but with enough happening that it never feels deserted. There are top tier schools and the well known Kings Academy Hospital nearby so if you have family that is probably on your list. Even the Dubai Hills Golf Club is a quick trip and they have two really solid restaurants if you feel like treating yourself at the weekend.

Facilities are just as you would hope. There is a proper gym downstairs and honestly people actually use it which tells you something. The pool area is always tidy. Kids have their own play spaces. You always have parking right there so you are never circling around at the end of the day. Park Heights is one of those communities where people seem happy to stick around. Sometimes I pass by in the evening and you see kids biking or neighbors chatting and it gives the place its own easy sort of vibe.
