Park Heights 1, Park Heights, Dubai Hills Estate
Some places just make you pause a little when you enter and this two bedroom apartment at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate is definitely one of them. Honestly I barely made it a few steps inside before I found myself reaching out to touch the wall just to feel how solid and new everything was. There is something about the way the light comes in from the balcony and moves across the open living area that just sort of slows you down. You start to imagine the shape of your own mornings here maybe with the gentle sound of kids playing outside or the buzz of espresso from the kitchen.
Dubai Hills Estate as a whole has always had a calmer feel for me compared to some other neighborhoods in Dubai. The walk down the boulevard that runs through the community is actually peaceful and you always see people out for a jog or heading to one of the green spaces before work. Living in Park Heights puts you right in the center of it all but honestly it never feels busy in the stressful city way. Step outside and in a few seconds you are in Dubai Hills Park which is great if you just want a break without making a whole plan. I noticed parents hanging back with coffee while their kids went wild on the slides. There are basketball courts there too for when you want to burn off some energy after a long day. If you are a golfer or just like a relaxed afternoon with a nice view you can walk over to Dubai Hills Golf Course. Some people say the best burger in the area is at Duck Hook which is right there by the course and Hillhouse Brasserie does a really good weekend breakfast if you ask me. For medical care King's College Hospital is next door which is actually comforting. That walk really is less than five minutes I checked.
Now back inside this apartment you will find the main living space is open plan so you get the kitchen flowing right into the living room which feels bigger than you would expect for a Dubai rental. Sometimes you see apartments where the kitchen is almost just a piece of furniture but this one is set up for real cooking. There is space to move around if you are cooking with someone else and you do not feel squeezed in. The countertop faces out to the salon so if you have friends over you can keep the chat going while you work on dinner. You will notice the balcony is a good size even if you just want to step out for a bit of fresh air or watch the sky change in the evenings. I stood there for a few minutes and caught a bit of a breeze you forget sometimes that Dubai can be that green.
The bedrooms feel warm and simple in the best way. The master has an en suite with a big walk in shower which just makes getting ready in the morning feel easy and a wardrobe that actually fits more than just a few shirts. The second bedroom is still roomy and has its own built in cabinets plus the bathroom is right across the hall for guests or a flatmate. There is a storage cabinet that tucks away your washing machine so the mess stays hidden which is nice when you want to keep the place tidy.
Downstairs you get all the things you would hope for in Park Heights from a solid swimming pool that catches the afternoon sun to a legit gym with Technogym gear. I saw a few people heading into the multi function room with yoga mats which tells you that the neighbours are friendly. There is a BBQ area outside so weekends can feel like a little holiday and then of course you have security around the clock so you always feel safe.
Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai are both about fifteen minutes away. That does mean you get a quick school or work run in the mornings but honestly most things you need are here. You get the Hill Mall nearby for groceries and shops and always some local spot for coffee or takeaway when you do not feel like cooking. Sometimes I just watch the families in the park below and think it would be good to come back in the evening and walk.
These apartments at Park Heights are pretty popular with young couples and professionals. The location is a big part of it but it is more about having that easy lifestyle everyday with just enough luxury to feel proud of where you live. If you want to know whether it suits you best just come see it. That is the only way to really tell. Let me know anytime if you want to come take a look or just have a chat about what might fit your plans. At LuxuryProperty.com we really want your next move to feel simple and comfortable.
