I stood for a while at the window and got completely caught up in the water and city skyline outside. There is just something steady and calm about being so high up with the sea and the city all around you. It is not flashy. Just peaceful.

So I will tell you honestly even though this place feels very luxurious with those floors that shine and neat lines everywhere it does not try to impress you too hard. It is just real comfort. The floor to ceiling windows are massive and you cannot help but let your eyes drift out to the blue and the steady skyline. Sometimes you see boats sliding past or if you look at night the lights look like stars along the coast. I always think homes at Palm Jumeirah have a special rhythm anyway but I felt it a lot here. Time just sort of slows.

The layout is simple and wide open. You walk right into this bright open living and dining area which looks right out onto the balcony. If you are someone who actually likes sitting outdoors with your coffee or likes to watch the morning get started you will appreciate the balcony for sure. I could see myself leaning on the rail with a mug in the evening or just letting some fresh air in on a weekend morning. There is plenty of room to set up a little table or let the kids perch on a beanbag.

Parking is easy. Security people know your face after a few days so the whole building just feels safe and steady. Even if you work in the city the drive in and out is pretty smooth honestly and you get used to the way Palm life just becomes home over time. And you always have that sea view to come back to.
