That is how it felt stepping into this two bedroom apartment at Clubhouse Residences inside Monte Rei Golf and Country Club in Algarve. I honestly just stood there for a bit and let my eyes follow the shapes of the golf course out past the terrace. Living inside Monte Rei Golf and Country Club does something for your routine. Mornings are almost always quiet except for a bit of birdsong or sometimes kids riding bikes when the sun is low. It is not too far from the busy Algarve hotspots but you are not in the middle of the crowds either. There is always a coffee shop if you want to escape with a book or a chat. At weekends golfers are out but it never feels noisy and usually there are just friendly faces from the club around.
