There is a sense that time moves a bit slower here. You see families walking in the evenings or neighbors heading to one of the small coffee shops nearby. The shops are handy for grabbing a snack or milk if you run out. There are pool and lounge areas that do not ever feel crowded. Early mornings you might even get the place to yourself. The gym is good enough that you will not be looking for another one across the city. You are right in the middle of Jumeirah but set back enough that you get quiet when you want it.
