The master bathroom has a bathtub you can actually stretch out in if you like your evening soak plus a good walk in shower and double sinks. Even the second bedroom is generous and actually you still get all those marina views. Sometimes guest bedrooms feel a bit forgotten about but not here. Plus its own en suite bathroom and built in wardrobes so nobody is getting the short straw.

It is quite rare for a building in the Dubai Marina area to feel calm considering how central the location is but Marina Promenade does it well. You get proper amenities like two pools both temperature controlled so swimming is an option all year. There are spots for kids to play both inside and out and there is a gym so you do not really need a separate membership. Also a squash court and even a badminton court if you want to mix things up. The BBQ area gets used a lot actually so there is a sense of people living here not just passing through.

And because you are right on the edge of the marina you miss a lot of the heavy traffic so getting in and out is way less stressful than you might expect. You are a simple walk to Dubai Marina Mall and Pier 7 which is handy when you want a proper meal or a bit of shopping. If the beach is more your thing, JBR is just around the corner. Grocery runs are easy with Al Maya and Grandiose stores both onsite so there is no need to drive.
