Madinat Jumeirah Living, Umm Suqeim
Some homes you just slow down in right when you walk through the door. Honestly that is what happened to me the first time I saw this two bedroom apartment at Madinat Jumeirah Living in Umm Suqeim. It is tucked into this part of Dubai that never really feels rushed and even the air somehow feels quieter. You get a lot of old world charm the moment you look at the wider community, but the apartment itself brings you something fresh and modern. There is this sort of warm welcome in the lobby with old style wooden railings and little touches that remind you of a classic Arabian home but the minute you step inside the apartment you feel how open and new it is.
So here you are with this really bright open plan living area that just pulls you in. Windows stretch all the way from floor up to ceiling. I actually found myself just standing by one of them looking out for a while. You can see the Burj Al Arab, the city skyline, and past that the blue of the Arabian Sea is right there. The bedrooms are done in proper wood flooring that gives everything this gentle warm look. It is the sort of place you want to leave your shoes off. The master bedroom, which takes up nearly a third of all the space here, has its own en suite and feels like a proper sanctuary when you close the door. Every bit of the apartment feels easy to move around in, plus you naturally wander out to the terrace. The terrace is wide and has these views that honestly make you want to sit out with coffee and watch the city wake up.
Sometimes kitchens in places like these feel like something you only look at, but this one is actually set up so you could really cook. Plenty of counter space, appliances that will handle anything you throw at them, and you can still chat with folks in the living room or at the table. It feels lived in already, even if no one has moved in yet.
The real kicker with Madinat Jumeirah Living is that it is a genuine community. Everything is made for strolling. There are no cars above ground so you do not get that usual city noise. If you like morning jogs or you just want to wander out in the evenings, you have shaded walkways everywhere and actually kids on bikes are pretty common. I saw a bunch of them near the main courtyard, just laughing and riding by. You also get rooftop areas set up for BBQ so you could have friends over and watch the lights come on at the Burj Al Arab while you eat. There is a pool for adults and right beside it a kids pool that always has a few families hanging out. The whole place just feels friendly, but with enough privacy when you want it. Plus, that covered bridge to Madinat Jumeirah resort is something you will use more than you think. Lazy weekends or even a midday coffee at the Souk are right there.
Parking is sorted out underground, so the kids are safe out on the walkways and honestly you forget about traffic when you are home here. Fitness facilities are down the path so you do not need to get in your car just to work out. If you need any day to day bits, shops are close and there is a community centre where people tend to gather for whatever is going on that week.
The apartment is set at around one point six million square feet so it feels roomy for a two bedroom. Priced at two million six hundred thousand dirhams, it fits right where the Dubai market is for something in a spot this special. You could live in it very comfortably or look at it as an investment you will feel good about.
Honestly, if you are searching for a place that lets you wake up slow, with skyline and sea views and a real sense of community around you, you should come see this one. I can answer any questions or walk you through whenever you want. At LuxuryProperty.com, we try our best to keep your experience easy, friendly and as relaxed as possible.
