When you want a meal or a quick coffee there are little shops and waterfront cafes right along the boulevard. I have seen a few residents become regulars at the bakery just down the street.

Getting around is pretty effortless. Even though you are tucked away by the water it only takes a few minutes to drive back into busy Dubai. Friends coming over will have no trouble finding the community and honestly visitors always leave wishing they could move in too.
