Maybe it was the soft morning light that just pours in through those tall glass windows or maybe it was how peaceful it actually feels even though you are never too far from all the action in Dubai. You can see the greens of the golf course right outside and on a good day the only sound you might hear is the wind brushing past the palm trees. Sometimes I think you could almost forget you are in the middle of a city here.

Now the layout in this place is smart. It has a maid's room tucked away neatly so if you do have help or need an extra space for storage or maybe even your own little workspace it is there and ready to be used. The bedrooms themselves have a kind of quiet to them. In a lot of new places you get loads of gloss but not much real comfort. Here though you actually want to take your shoes off and just sit on the bed for a minute. The natural views through the windows always pull your eyes back out. You get that uninterrupted golf course horizon and it just makes you breathe a little deeper.

The indoor and outdoor kids play spaces always seem to have someone laughing in them. There is even a gaming zone for bigger kids or honestly for grownups who just need to wind down sometimes. And if you are the kind who likes to keep moving the jogging track wraps quietly round the property so you are not running in circles in a car park. The multi sports court gets lots of afternoon sun and you will see neighbors kicking a ball around or shooting hoops.

What I keep coming back to is just how easy everything feels here. You can head to other parts of Dubai without the usual weekday traffic stress which honestly is rare.

Every apartment in Dubai tries to make itself stand out with high end finishes but here it is the simple things you notice more the easy flow from room to room the way you get quiet evenings but you are never isolated or bored. Sometimes there are kids biking in the evenings and neighbors chatting right outside the lifts.
