Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
There are places where you open the door and somehow the whole day just feels a little quieter. This two bedroom apartment at Elie Saab Residences in Emaar Beachfront kind of does that. The very first thing I noticed was the light. Even on a normal day with a bit of cloud, it just rolls right in through those floor to ceiling windows. Sometimes you catch yourself just standing there looking out over the sea with the Palm in the background. I know a lot of places say they have sea views but here, you really get it front and center and you don't have to lean over the balcony or anything. It's full on blue as far as you look.
The space here feels bigger than you expect and I think that comes down to how the layout just gives you these big open lines so you aren't squeezed anywhere. You walk from the front door, shoes still on if you want, straight into the main living space that pours out onto the balcony. When I was last there I almost forgot about my phone because the gentle sound of the waves just creeps inside. You also get this peaceful feeling because even with the city not too far behind you, from inside it's all just calm and sea and sky.
The kitchen is something I have to mention because it's not just a showpiece. It feels like somewhere you actually want to cook a meal. It's done up in a Mediterranean style, easy to move around in, with enough storage so the counters can stay clear. You get good quality built in cabinets and what I liked was how natural the flow is from kitchen to dining to that living space. Makes it easy for evenings where you want to talk with friends or just get comfy with takeaway.
Bedrooms here come with properly fitted closets that you will actually use. Both bedrooms face good windows so when you wake up there's real daylight, not just a little sliver. And the bathrooms are done in this nice marble and wood look that feels more like a hotel than most apartments. I mean, there are big bathtubs and even over the sink, you can keep all your things without it getting cluttered thanks to the big cabinets up top.
One thing people ask me a lot is about parking and yes you get your own spot and it's right downstairs so you're never walking too far with your groceries. Plus, Emaar Beachfront is known for proper security and management, so you always feel looked after. Outside the apartment, you have every kind of amenity you might want. There is of course the pool and you can walk straight to the private beach. Sometimes in the morning you see joggers heading down the sand and families packing up for a day out. There are little coffee shops along the marina edge and honestly the smell of fresh pastries isn't ever too far away. Grocery runs are easy too and the community has a nice mix with quieter mornings and a little more energy in the evenings.
What is special about Elie Saab Residences is that it isn't finished yet, so everything will be brand new and thoughtfully built. You'll be moving in to a place that feels fresh where you are the first one to use every bit of it. With an expected handover in 2024, you'll be getting in at just the right time as the whole Emaar Beachfront scene keeps getting better. For this kind of waterfront Dubai Harbour apartment, the price point is honestly competitive given what's out there in Dubai right now. It still feels like a smart move whether you want an investment or just a peaceful home base by the water.
The only way you really know if it's for you is to come stand by the windows and feel what it's like. Reach out if you want to see it or just talk through your questions. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to keep things comfortable so your next step feels less like a leap and more like a walk.
