Marina and JBR are a short drive but honestly you may find everything you need right at home.

With a built up area of about one thousand two hundred square feet a layout made for real living and those sea views I just kept staring at this apartment is going to work for almost any routine. Whether you want a calm weekend spot an easy Dubai pied a terre or a full time home close to everything without being in the middle of the rush it works.
