There is something almost unexplainable about it. Maybe it is the way the sea seems so close you could almost reach out and touch it. Or it could be the sunlight flooding in from the floor to ceiling windows that just makes everything look clearer and softer. I found myself slowing down right away just to soak it all in. There is always something going on but never too much. I walked past neighbors heading to the beach with yoga mats early in the morning and saw a family laying out towels for the afternoon. A good coffee shop is literally around the corner and you can get to restaurants on foot without any hassle.

Amenities here do not disappoint either. The pool on the podium level is perfect for swimming with a view or just relaxing in the sun. There is a modern fitness center spa and even a grocery spot right inside the building. You can honestly live here and barely need to leave if you do not want to. Everything is made for day to day living.

Beach Vista is one of those rare apartment buildings in Dubai that truly puts you right at the edge of the water but keeps things modern and welcoming.
