Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places just make you slow down as soon as you walk in. This two bedroom apartment at Sunrise Bay in Emaar Beachfront really does that. The very first thing I noticed here was the sunlight. It just pours in through those full length windows and it does this every morning so you really wake up to something special. Of course the sea view is what gets most people. I stood by the glass for a while and watched the boats out on the Arabian Sea. Even if you have lived in Dubai for years you do not get tired of watching the water change color through the day or seeing the boats drift in and out of the marina. There is honestly a peaceful feeling that is a little rare in the city.
Emaar Beachfront itself is a little pocket of calm tucked away inside the energy of Dubai Harbour. You get this private beach vibe that is hard to find anywhere else. Still the funny thing is the location is just about as good as it gets. You can walk out and be at Dubai Marina in minutes or just grab coffee nearby. I have met a lot of people here who treat the nearby bakery like their own pantry. In the mornings you will often see people wandering out in shorts with a croissant just letting the city wake up around them. It is a friendly kind of place. You see that when families are out on the beach after school or when neighbors say hello in the lift. Somehow it just feels welcoming which is not always the case in big city communities.
Inside the apartment you get about 1394 square feet to make your own. I feel like the space is really well planned if you enjoy open living. There is this light modern palette with whites and soft greys that just feels easy on the eyes. It manages to feel modern but not cold at all. That is not always true with new Dubai apartments. The terrace is one of my favorite parts. It is just big enough to really use whether you want to sit out with a cup of coffee or have a few friends over and watch the yachts. The breeze coming in from the sea is something you will honestly appreciate during the evenings or those cooler months.
The bedrooms are quietly calming. It is clear someone took care with the design. The built in lights actually put out a warm glow at night and the curtains fall just right to give you privacy but still let in air. When you walk into the bathrooms you feel that luxury hotel effect with marble touches and modern sinks but it is still set up to use every day. Sometimes you end up spending extra time here just because it feels restful getting ready in the morning.
The kitchen actually looks and feels ready for real cooking. Some apartments just have a show kitchen but this one you can see yourself actually living in and making meals for everyone. There is decent storage too which might not sound like a big deal but once you view a few places you really notice if it is missing. Here it is sorted.
Downstairs at Sunrise Bay you get some of the best parts of Emaar Beachfront life. There is an infinity pool with that amazing sea backdrop. I have watched kids learning to swim here on weekends and others just float lazily in the afternoons. There is a gym that people actually use plus there is always underground parking for you. It just makes life smoother especially in Dubai.
Probably one of the best parts is being just steps away from the private beach. Sometimes it almost feels like you are on holiday in your own city. Families come down for picnics and some weekdays it is so quiet you almost get the sand to yourself. Even though you are in central Dubai it feels a world away from all the noise.
If you are looking for a true sea view apartment in Dubai or thinking of moving to Emaar Beachfront for lifestyle reasons this place is really worth seeing. It might work as a main home or even as a solid investment with all the things happening around Dubai Harbour. But honestly the only way to know if it is right is to take a look in person. If you want to see it or just have a few questions get in touch any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want to make your property search as easy and comfortable as possible.
