It just pours in through those full length windows and it does this every morning so you really wake up to something special. Of course the sea view is what gets most people. I stood by the glass for a while and watched the boats out on the Arabian Sea. Even if you have lived in Dubai for years you do not get tired of watching the water change color through the day or seeing the boats drift in and out of the marina. Sometimes you end up spending extra time here just because it feels restful getting ready in the morning.

Probably one of the best parts is being just steps away from the private beach. Sometimes it almost feels like you are on holiday in your own city. Families come down for picnics and some weekdays it is so quiet you almost get the sand to yourself. Even though you are in central Dubai it feels a world away from all the noise.
