The gym is not an afterthought either. Real equipment, real space, and the light kind of comes in just right. If you have kids or ever have family visit, there is an indoor play area which actually felt safe and a bit playful, not just another room in the building. Security is here all hours but they have always just given a quick hello and been helpful with questions. The covered parking also means no wandering in the sun searching for your car which is more important here than most places.

Community wise it is easy to get around Dubai Creek Harbour and there are new cafes popping up every few months. Grocery shopping is pretty convenient and if you want to just grab a coffee and sit for a while you will probably find a local spot you like before long. There is always something happening but you never really feel overwhelmed and there is space to just walk and enjoy the quiet.
