It is a real beachside community so you will probably spend more time outside than anywhere else. There is direct beach access so you will not need to worry about packing a bag just grab a towel and go straight down. I noticed even on weekdays there is always someone out there either jogging or just having coffee by the water.
The amenities at Damac Bay remind you a bit of a resort. There are floating pods right in the pool so you can actually work or have a call outside which is easy and pretty fun once you try it. You get access to the Cavalli Beach Club which adds an extra splash of style to weekends and the pool itself feels like it drops right into the sea. I watched a few kids running into the Water Maze and honestly even grown ups would want to try it at least once. There is a Sky Garden up top where you get a bit of quiet and the co working zone is more relaxed than you would expect for a Dubai Harbour apartment. You will also see Cavalli displays scattered around the building and every so often something catches your eye that is a bit different from the usual.
The location kind of sells itself since everything is nearby. Coffee shops are just downstairs Dubai Marina is a few minutes by car and it is easy to get anywhere you need for work or school. Sometimes you almost forget the city is so close because it feels peaceful inside.
With two bedrooms and just about sixteen hundred square feet to move around in this is a place where you can start your own routine and still have the waterfront lifestyle a lot of people talk about.
