As soon as you come up to one of the higher floors you can almost feel the way the city slows down a bit. By evening you might spot small groups going for jogs or having a walk along the water. You are close to the Dubai Metro and the new Dubai Tram passes right by so even if you have to go to work or just want to go out somewhere near Dubai Mall or Downtown, it's quick. You do not have to be stuck in traffic.

I think what stands out is just how easy it feels to live here. Maintenance has been done so you do not see anything faded or worn out. You actually get to start living the Dubai Marina lifestyle right from day one. All the conveniences of Marina Walk and restaurants nearby but up in the apartment you can always just close the door and only hear what you want to hear. That little bit of privacy even though you are in such a well known building.
