Burj Khalifa Area, Khalifa Street
There is something about walking into this two bedroom apartment high up in the Burj Khalifa that makes you slow down a bit I always do it myself It is kind of hard not to when you see the Dubai Fountain and skyline stretching out in front of you through these huge floor to ceiling windows Sometimes the fountain starts its little show just when you are standing there and you catch yourself just watching for a while forgetting whatever it was you came here to do
The apartment is actually one of the rare ones that gets these uninterrupted fountain views You do not have rooftops blocking the scene It feels really open and bright so all that Dubai sunshine just floods the place and somehow it feels even bigger than its one thousand six hundred and thirty nine square feet Honestly there are days where you might find yourself watching the birds fly by from the living room window instead of grabbing your phone
Inside you have two pretty spacious master suites The wardrobes are a good size I checked and you actually get enough space so your things are not always stuffed in And the en suite bathrooms are quietly impressive the kind you start picturing lighting a candle and just taking a ten minute break away from the city noise Even the hallway feels a bit more peaceful than you would expect up here
There is a proper sense of home in the open living and dining area It just feels easy Whether you like to have friends over or you are more of a quiet evening type I think this room works The kitchen is not just here to look nice either They went with Miele appliances which really means you can cook or bake or just make yourself a midnight snack and it all works as it should I actually glanced around and thought this is the kind of place you could see yourself preparing actual meals rather than always ordering out That is rare in these kinds of towers
There is a study nook too It is not just a shelf in a hallway it is a calm little spot where you can actually get some work done or maybe just get lost in a book Plus with the hardwood floors running underfoot it all feels quietly elegant but not try hard whisper level luxury if that makes sense
Living in the Burj Khalifa is more than just owning some square footage It sounds a bit clichรฉ but the lifestyle really is different here You get to use a private sky lounge up on the one hundred twenty third floor The views are almost unreal when you bring friends up there and sometimes you see other residents unwinding there after work which always feels a bit like a secret club You have a concierge at all hours no dealing with delays And the gym is not the usual tiny afterthought It is somewhere you might actually want to work out The pools are both indoors and out so even in August or on a breezy winter evening you still have options
Another thing you will notice is the little perks like discounted access to the Armani Hotel and Burj Club I have met people who take guests downstairs for coffee or dinner and never actually need to leave the building unless they want to And you feel safe all the time secure parking and attentive staff it helps you forget some of the downtown rush
When it comes to location this is the heart of Downtown Dubai for real You can grab a bite at some of the best restaurants or hit the Dubai Mall just across the boulevard Sometimes kids are riding scooters outside in the evening or you will see friends heading to the Opera after work So much is on your doorstep
This really is a rare spot in the world's tallest building and if you are searching for a two bedroom apartment for sale with a fountain view on Khalifa Street in the Burj Khalifa Area I have not seen many that feel quite like this The only way to know if it is right is to come and see it Step in for a minute look out at the view sit in the living room and see if it feels easy If you want to talk it over or set up a visit just let me know At LuxuryProperty com our goal is for your next move to feel about as comfortable as it can possibly be
