Living here puts you moments away from the Dubai Mall and the Dubai Opera. Sometimes you do not even feel like you left home to get to them. You can wander for an evening show or just pop into a shop after work without ever touching your car. There is also discounted access to the Armani Hotel and the Burj Club. For days when you want to swim, work out, or just treat yourself, it just makes life that much easier.

With Downtown Dubai right outside, the rhythm of this community is just different. Every day feels like something is happening. But up here in this apartment, you have your own peaceful place above it all. And sometimes, at sunset, you just stop and really watch out the window as the fountains start dancing. It is the best part of the day.
