Even the gym and health clinics are right nearby so you do not have to drive for anything. Plus, you have easy access to Downtown Dubai if you need a bit of that buzz or want to take a visitor to the Burj Khalifa or Dubai Mall.

City Walk itself has grown into more than just a shopping spot. It has all the things you might want for regular life too. Doctor offices, small shops with groceries, places where you can sit outside for a meal and watch the world.

This apartment would work just as well for someone who wants Dubai as a main address or if you just need a place to come back to in the city when you want a change of scenery.
