Some places in Downtown Dubai really do feel different the second you walk in. This two bedroom apartment at BLVD Heights Tower 2 gave me that feeling. There is just all this soft natural light the moment you open the door. I lingered in the lobby for a moment looking around at the foyer. There is a guest bathroom just off to the side in case friends drop by. The kitchen is semi open and you can tell it is actually built for someone who likes to cook. Not just heat up takeout on the weekends. There is plenty of storage and all the modern appliances are already there so you are not thinking about hassle down the line. You also have a proper laundry room which makes a real difference in daily life and even a study space if you ever need to work from home or just want a quiet corner for calls or a good book.

As you step past the foyer you get to this wide open living and dining area. It is all laid out so it actually feels welcoming. Big windows right up to the ceiling bring in sunlight but also give you those Downtown Boulevard views everyone talks about around here. I spent a few minutes by the windows just watching all the movement outside. You will also notice how quiet it stays inside which honestly is rare this close to Dubai Mall. These windows also keep things cool and peaceful even on busy days.

The Dubai Mall is close enough that if you feel like some shopping or want to catch a movie on a whim you can just head out and be there in a few minutes. And when you come back it just feels like coming home not stepping into another fancy building.

BLVD Heights itself has two swimming pools that actually get sunlight most of the day and gyms that are not just for show. I have seen a few people actually using them in the mornings. Kids have their own play area which keeps the noise down for everyone else and if you have friends over no one ever complains about parking. Security is friendly too. They get to know faces after a while. You feel it immediately never too stiff.

Honestly this place feels lived in even brand new. Sometimes that is the best part.
