Over half of this whole neighbourhood is parks and gardens and you see it everywhere. There are little walking paths winding through the trees and you'll sometimes see families wandering by or people walking dogs which adds to that lived in feel.

The community doesn't leave you wanting for much either. You're a short walk from The Farm which does really good food and has a garden space where people actually sit and have morning coffee. There's also the Heart & Soul Spa if you ever just want to zone out for a while. And if you're more the active type then the Body Language health club is nearby too. Getting into Downtown Dubai or DIFC is pretty fast by car and I always like how the roads here never get too jammed up. Even on school mornings it stays pretty easy.
