Some of the best little places are honestly just below your building and at night families walk along the promenade or you might catch couples out on bikes. There are people all around but it still manages to stay relaxed. Plus you are just steps away from Marina Mall if you ever need to pick up something last minute or just have a wander on a slow Saturday. Parking is underground so you never have to worry about your car out in the heat.
