29 Burj Boulevard Tower 2, 29 Burj Boulevard, Downtown Dubai
Every now and then you find a place where the view actually catches you off guard, even if you think you've seen all the sights in Dubai already. This two bedroom apartment up high in 29 Burj Boulevard feels that way to me. I walked in and could not help just pausing near the window for a moment. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain are right in front of you and I know a lot of people talk about these views but here they honestly feel different. Maybe it is the way the balcony sits almost as its own viewing box or maybe just how it feels up above the city watching everything happening below.
You can tell right away that this is the kind of apartment someone has carefully kept ready to move into. It is vacant right now and the light just pours in through those big windows. When I looked around in the afternoon, the sun was coming in and hitting the living room in a way that just made you want to sit down for a while. You will probably notice how the layout flows easily. The kitchen is not hidden away at all but sort of melts into the living area, making it easy to cook and chat or just have friends over without anyone feeling left out. I always ask if people actually use their kitchens and I have to say this one feels like you would actually make a proper meal here. There is space for your groceries, your coffee machine, the lot.
The bedrooms surprised me a bit. Both rooms are bright and come with built in wardrobes so you are not worrying about extra furniture just to fit your stuff in. The finishes are really modern, not too flashy. It feels sleek but somehow still welcoming. In the main bedroom, you will find that morning light has a way of settling in. You could almost forget your phone and just sit by the window. Step outside to the balcony for a second and you really get the full impact of being part of Downtown Dubai. Sometimes you can hear the buzz of the city, sometimes it is just quieter and you find yourself looking at the skyline with your coffee. I can imagine evenings out here with the fountains running. Not everyone has this.
If you like being close to it all, you will probably appreciate what living in 29 Burj Boulevard brings. You are literally a walk away from The Dubai Mall, which is great if you tend to wander out for shopping or just for those random coffee stops that turn into half a day. The Dubai Opera is down the road, so catching a show is always just around the corner. Plus, there is a sense of community that people always mention. It feels like there is always someone coming home late or kids running to catch the elevator in the evenings. You will also get access to a rooftop garden where it is actually nice to step out and take a break after work. The swimming pool has just enough of a view to make weekend lounges feel like a treat. The gym is proper as well, not just a couple of machines stuck in a side room. Security is always around, which gives a sense of peace.
I have to say, some places are just as much about how they feel as what they offer and this apartment is one of those. Even though it is right in the middle of all the action in Downtown Dubai, there is a kind of calm here. That balance between the energy of the city and the comfort of your own space is what sets it apart. The best way to see if this could work for you is to come check it out in person. If you have any questions or just want a walk through, you can reach out whenever you like. At LuxuryProperty.com, we are here to make your next move as easy and comfortable as it should be.
