The building itself feels cared for and looked after. I have sat up on the common terrace more than once and just watched the day fade out over the skyscrapers. Sometimes taxis are lined up out front or you see business folk heading out early in the morning. You feel the city's rhythm but you are not caught up in it unless you want to be.
