Some homes just have a certain welcome to them the minute you walk in. This three bedroom townhouse in Mira Oasis really gave me that feeling. I actually lingered near the front door a second longer than usual and let my eyes wander across the living room. I think it is the way the space just flows into the dining area. You know how some places feel closed in or boxed up This one is nothing like that. The sunlight kind of spills across the tile floors through the big windows. It makes every corner of the place feel lighter and honestly a bit happier.

You notice that people tend to actually use these spaces not just talk about them in brochures. The Mira Oasis community really does have this friendly vibe to it. I think it is one of the reasons people end up staying here even if they first come thinking it will be temporary.

Living in this townhouse means you get all that neighborhood feel but you are still really close to everything. The main shopping centers are within a short trip so your weekly shop is easy or if you want real coffee from one of those better cafés you do not have to go far at all. Schools that parents really like are right nearby and friends tell me they can drop off their kids without stressing about traffic. Getting onto major roads is easy from here so work commutes do not eat up your whole morning. Maybe that is what makes this whole place feel so easy you get peace and quiet at home but you never feel out of touch with what is going on in the city.

With three bedrooms and a built up area around three thousand three hundred square feet there is a good amount of space for the family to spread out. Not just for show but for real living with noisy dinners movie nights and even those moments when you just want to sit with a book. Having the maid's room gives you options whether it is extra storage or needing someone to help at home.
