Sidra Villas, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes honestly just have an easy way about them. This three bedroom villa in Sidra Villas at Dubai Hills Estate gives you that right from the start. You get this light all through the place. It shifts and moves around depending on the time. There are small corners where you might actually stop and think I could have some coffee here or just watch the garden outside. First time I walked in I remember just standing by the window watching the trees sway and forgetting for a second that you are in the middle of Dubai.
Sidra Villas is honestly not what people expect. The greenery is real not just kind of there because it has to be. Mornings you hear birds and the odd golfer heading out. In the afternoons you see people walking dogs or maybe kids biking to the park which is just a few minutes away. Sometimes I walk over to one of the playgrounds and end up chatting to someone about the best food trucks that pop up around Dubai Hills Mall. There is a proper sense of being part of a community here. You will probably see the same faces in the coffee shop at the mall. Everyone seems to take things a bit slower in Sidra Villas.
Now about the villa itself. You get three bedrooms and the built up area is about three thousand one hundred square feet. That means you are not squeezing past furniture or bumping into each other. There is plenty of storage and the closet space actually fits all your stuff without forcing anything. The living area is pretty open so I usually find people drifting between the kitchen and sofas. The kitchen is actually worth using honestly. It is not just for heating up takeaway. I have stood in there with two other people cooking and there is space to move around. Good cabinets and everything just works the way you want.
The bathrooms are simple but fresh. Feels almost like being on holiday but not so much that you worry about getting things wet. The master bathroom looks out over the garden and it is the kind of view that makes you want to slow down. I have seen people take their coffee or a book in there and it just feels relaxed. Each bedroom feels separate. No one is sharing walls if you do not want to. You get windows that pull in all the right light. Sometimes in the evenings the sun comes through at that angle and everything just feels soft.
Out back you get your own bit of green. Not so much lawn that it feels like a chore to keep up but enough space for kids to run or toss a ball. You will find neighbors wandering outside most nights and sometimes it almost feels like growing up in a small town. There are walking paths everywhere. The Dubai Hills Golf Course is right there so if it is your thing you can grab your clubs and go without even planning much. People spot a lot of those sunrise views from upstairs windows. No two days really look the same around here. Plus if you like your sports there are about ten tennis courts nearby and lots of places to get a jog in.
Dubai Hills Mall is close enough to walk to. Not a trek. More like a nice break after dinner or on weekends when you just want a change of scene. There are shops for what you need and some for when you are just exploring. The coffee shop at the mall never feels packed and there are usually families with strollers or people meeting up after work. Honestly I think it just takes the stress out of errands.
If you are looking for a three bedroom villa in Dubai Hills Estate where it is truly quiet but never cut off this house in Sidra Villas might surprise you. The only way to know for sure is to walk through and see how it feels yourself. If you want to ask more about the place or arrange a visit just say so.
