Some houses stay in your mind after you leave them and really this three bedroom villa at Jumeirah Park does that for me. When I went in the sunlight just seemed to catch the Spanish tiles in a way that makes the whole place feel warm even before you get to know the house. It is one of those Regional style villas that manages to look classic and completely comfortable at the same time. You might actually find yourself slowing down when you walk inside and there is enough space for everyone to have a spot to themselves just to breathe for a minute.
Right from the start you get the sense that this place is meant for proper living not just keeping up with the neighbours. The plot is surprisingly generous which you will notice when you step into the garden or walk from room to room. It sits on five thousand seven hundred and eighty six square feet of land with a built up area just shy of four thousand. Honestly you would struggle to feel cramped even with a big family and a few friends around on a Friday night. Right now there are tenants living here which is why I just imagined how much more personal it might feel with your own things in it but then again that means it is a smart move if you are looking for an investment that is ready to go or if you just want to plan your proper home for later.
The main living space feels easy and relaxed. I actually stood at the kitchen for a while just thinking how much sense the layout made. It is not the kind of kitchen that just looks good for photos either. It is fitted with Siemens appliances so yes you could see yourself actually cooking here on an ordinary evening and maybe watching the kids through the window while you wait for something to simmer. There is a separate maids room which is useful if you have help or just need a little more storage. Plus everything has been well kept the Italian sanitaryware really stands out and the bathrooms are not only fresh but feel like somewhere you could have a proper shower at the end of a long day.
The bedrooms are all en suite which honestly should be a standard for comfort these days but you know that is not always the case. Each room has built in wardrobes so your clothes and shoes will finally have enough space and the master suite has a walk in closet that is actually walk in not just in name and a private balcony just for your morning coffee or late night reads. Sometimes you will hear the birds out there or see the city twinkle in the distance if you are up early or late. The Spanish tiles really do tie the whole look together without being too much.
Stepping outside the garden just opens up and it is easy to picture different kinds of days out here. There is a heated swimming pool for those mornings when you want a quick dip before work or the weekends with kids splashing around. The pergola is one of those features you do not always think about but once you have it you will wonder how you lived without it. I can see friends sitting out there having coffees while someone works the Zyna BBQ station which honestly looks ready for a proper cookout. The garden is set up so you do not need to fuss too much and the outdoor shower means you can jump in after swimming without trailing water through the house. Evenings are probably the nicest here with the lights on and everyone relaxing at their own pace.
Life in Jumeirah Park has its own charm. The neighbourhood is mostly peaceful but busy enough that you see families out walking and sometimes kids biking until sunset. There is always a coffee shop or a grocery just close enough for convenience. Plus with the location it is not hard to get to the Marina or out to Sheikh Zayed if you need.
Like I said not every villa gives off this vibe when you walk through the door. The only way to know if this is your place is to come see it for yourself. If you want to chat or just arrange a time to wander through let me know. At LuxuryProperty dot com we do things at your pace so your next move feels as comfortable as your morning coffee.
