Mira Oasis 3, Mira Oasis, Reem
Some homes just have that slower kind of vibe as soon as you step in. This three bedroom villa in Mira Oasis 3 at Reem feels like that for me. I remember pausing right in the entrance without even thinking about it because it has this soft quiet inside that you do not always find in Dubai. You get all the privacy you want but still hear the birds most mornings. Even though the Reem community is lively just outside, it sort of melts away once you are inside the house.
This is the type J layout and honestly, it works well for people who actually live in their home day to day. There is just over two thousand five hundred square feet of built up space so you will not feel squeezed but it does not get overwhelming to keep up with either. The plot sits just under three thousand five hundred square feet so the garden out back is just right. What I like here is that the landscaping is all handled already, nothing wild or patchy, so you do not need to worry about fixing it before you are able to sit there in the evening with a coffee. There are two covered parking spaces so your cars stay cool in summer, and you usually have luck finding more room along the curb when friends visit.
Inside, there is a closed kitchen since everyone has different opinions on open kitchens. Here you do not have to worry about dinner smells drifting to the sofa. The kitchen space feels built for actual cooking rather than just reheating takeout. The living area blends smoothly into the dining, and the glass doors at the back just make the downstairs space breathe. You open those and suddenly your living room kind of stretches into the garden. I always notice how much bigger it feels after letting some fresh air rush in. The back faces another villa so you get that classic private backyard feeling but you are not looking right at a main street. It brings this sense of calm that is tough to capture just looking at pictures.
Upstairs, it is pretty straightforward. There are three bedrooms with no strange-shaped corners, so your furniture fits the way it should. There is a maid's room too which actually works nicely as a home office or quiet study space if you do not need help, or even just for hobbies. I remember standing by the stairs and every afternoon the sun kind of fills the upper floor just enough, not blinding. You will probably like how balanced that light is.
Another small thing but it mattersโthis villa is Vastu compliant which means for some people, the layout brings a sense of positive energy. I do not claim to be an expert in all that, but you can definitely feel the easy flow here. There is handy storage under the stairs and closets tucked away upstairs so you do not have to crowd the rooms with extra cupboards or run to Ikea as soon as you move in. Sometimes when I am standing near the windows in the evening, you can see kids cycling toward the park or hear families heading over to the little community pool. And that's only a quick wander down the street, so you never have to drive for a swim. The walking trails in Mira Oasis 3 always have people enjoying the evening breeze, and parents say hello as the kids play on the swings or basketball court nearby.
Location just feels simple. You are close to the North Exit if you need to dash out to Al Qudra Road or Emirates Road and you do not get stuck in long queues during busy mornings. Shops and schools are close enough for the usual routines and you will find a couple good coffee shops and the essential groceries never far away.
I get that every villa sounds kind of similar after a while but this place in Mira Oasis really feels lived in and ready the moment you bring your boxes over. It is well maintained and has that comfortable settled air which is sometimes rare in newer communities. If you are a young family or moving from an apartment and wanting a bit more space to breathe, this could work nicely.
Honestly the only way to know if it fits you is to see it for yourself. Reach out any time if you have questions or just want to walk through. At LuxuryProperty.com we aim to keep things comfortable and make your next move a little less stressful. I am always here for a chat whenever you need.
