There is something about walking into this three bedroom villa in Casa Dora that makes you pause for a second. It is not flashy or trying too hard. It just feels like a real place that could work for all sorts of families. I remember pushing open the door and hearing kids playing somewhere down the street. It is the sort of noise that tells you right away this is one of those proper family communities in Serena where you can actually settle in for a while.

So this is in Casa Dora which I think is popular for a reason. The villa has a gentle sort of Mediterranean vibe outside, not too bold, just that creamy color that always looks tidy even on a lazy weekday morning. I have seen people carrying groceries home from the Geant supermarket that is actually inside the community so no long drives for just milk or fresh bread. Parks and tennis courts do fill up in the evenings and there is always a safe spot for the kids to ride bikes or maybe just chase each other after school. Swimming pools are around for a laid back weekend and there seems to be a real mix of neighbors from all over.
