Town Square
Some homes just feel easy to walk into. This three bedroom townhouse in Town Square actually does that. I remember stepping through the door and, honestly, I just wanted to slow down for a second and look out at the view. You get direct pool and park views from the living area, which is not something you see every day. There was a breeze coming in through the sliding doors and the outside sounded faint in the background, but not busy. It feels tucked away even though you are right in the middle of Town Square.
The kitchen is part of this smooth open plan space, not at all closed off, and even though it's brand new, it really does feel like somewhere you would prep a real meal with ingredients you picked up from Spinney's down the road. You can see the whole garden from the kitchen and, if you have people over, it just works. Kids can go outside and you can still keep an eye on them while chatting at the counter. The garden is private but not boxed in. If you are out here in the evening, sometimes you might hear kids laughing over by the pool or see people heading to the park for a walk. Direct access means you are never stuck walking around the block. Your back gate opens up pretty much right onto the community pool and that's always the spot where neighbors chat and spend time.
On the upstairs level, the master bedroom surprised me a bit. It's not giant but sometimes that's nicer. Sliding doors lead to your own balcony where I paused for a while, just taking in the view of the pool and the green park. It's more calming than I expected. You wake up looking at something green and open, instead of another building. The master bath is en suite and honestly, it feels pretty low maintenance, nothing fussy about it, just straight to the point with enough storage to feel organized. The other two bedrooms are close by so if you have younger kids, you do not feel far, but everyone still gets their own space. They share a bathroom that actually has some countertop room, which you do not always find.
There is a maid's room tucked away on the ground floor, not big but practical, and sometimes it's used as extra storage or a home office. Depends on what you need. The best thing is that the townhouse is vacant right now. It is ready for you to just bring your things and settle in. You do not get that weird period where you need to wait for tenants to leave. The property itself is new so you get fresh paint, clean tiles, and no odd smells. Feels good to walk around.
Town Square as a community feels younger and friendly. You see bikes in the evenings and people walking their dogs in the mornings. There are over seven hundred townhouses here but it is not overwhelming. Somehow there are always quiet corners and the parks help break things up. Three swimming pools around the community plus gyms, tennis courts, and a big football field. You can actually walk safely to most places as the paths are wide and lined with palms and small flowering bushes. The shops are not far either. There's a coffee place I always see people sitting outside with a laptop, sometimes you even catch a weekend market near the main entrance. Enough life to not feel isolated but quiet enough at home that you can just relax.
Parking is right outside your front door so groceries are not a chore. Security is all over Town Square, but always polite and they actually remember faces after a couple of visits. You'll notice the streets feel clean and families really do use the parks and amenities, not just say they will.
Honestly, some people fall in love with Town Square for the community feeling. Others come for the convenience or the modern style. Maybe it is just a mix. If you are looking for a three bedroom townhouse here, with a private garden, pool and park views, and a ready to move in spot, it is worth a look. The only way to know if it feels right is to come and see it in person. If you have any questions or want to walk around, just let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com, we want your next move to feel as comfortable as possible, from start to finish.
