If you are into golf you already probably know Damac Hills for the golf course. Even if you are not the lawns and open green do make weekends feel a little slower. And honestly the tree lined lanes make the early mornings really calm. Parking is simple the driveway is paved and if you have guests there's always a spot close by.

Right now the place is tenanted so you have to wait until May if you want to move right in but it does give you the time to plan. The built up area is a solid two thousand seven hundred twenty two square feet so you have space to grow into. For the price in this part of Dubai it feels fair in my opinion especially with these upgrades and the corner plot.
