Sun, Arabian Ranches 3
Some homes just feel like they were made to make life a little easier the minute you walk in. This three bedroom townhouse in Sun, over at Arabian Ranches 3, definitely gives you that. I wandered through it the other day thinking how the space actually feels honest and open and not fussy. There is this gentle quiet outside most of the time even though the city never feels far at all. And the best thing is you do not have to trade away comfort to get some peace.
The place sits in a pocket between two main roads you probably know well if you live in Dubai Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan and Emirates Road. Arabian Ranches 3 is getting a bit of a fresh start with Sun being its first community. Still, nothing about this place feels like an experiment. Everything just works so smoothly from the minute you pull into the gated entrance and see all the green outside. You will spot families out for a walk with dogs or just kids riding their bikes as the evening cools down. It almost reminds me of how neighborhoods looked when I was growing up. There is a lot of space between homes here which keeps things open and bright. I noticed even in the middle of the afternoon you get streaks of sunlight inside the living room which feels strangely soothing if you have been running around all day.
Now about the space itself this is not one of those trick photography places. The living area really is as open as it looks in the pictures. I have stood by the windows and watched little birds pecking around the garden. The kitchen is actually built for someone who wants to really cook not just heat up something now and then. There is room for a proper dining table just off here where you could have people over and it would not feel crowded at all.
You get three bedrooms all tucked upstairs with enough space for actual furniture. The main bedroom is something you will want to see for yourself. It is got that wide balcony that looks out over green space and you can just about see the edge of the golf course beyond the fence. Waking up here feels like you are out of the city for a while and honestly it is easy to forget appointments when you are just having your coffee and watching the light change. The walk in closet off the master is bigger than you might think too and makes mornings a little less rushed especially if you need to get everyone out of the house on time.
The finishing throughout is simple but you will notice it is done well. Clean white walls that make it easy to bring in your own style earthy colors on the outside so the townhouse blends into the desert a bit and then subtle lighting that does not try too hard to be fancy. Sometimes things are just nice without being over the top.
Outside the home there is a ton of things happening in the community but it never feels crowded. There is a splash deck where you see kids screaming laughing and getting soaked when it is hot a man made river that makes for a really calming walk if you are feeling stressed and picnic spots tucked under the trees. You will also find a proper gym which is better than most I have seen in these kinds of projects plus barbecue areas and a clubhouse where people do seem to actually hang out. There is even a botanical garden which honestly surprised me the first time I saw it—just about everyone in the neighborhood has their photos there. Daily life is pretty easy with a tennis club the school and medical clinic all close by and coffee is sorted too—the cafe does a good flat white. Even shopping never feels like a hassle here with the retail bits just a short walk from the door.
I think what stands out is how even after a busy day you come home it just feels easy. No hassle getting in and the driveway is a good size even when your friends come over. There is a quiet here you will want to try out for a weekend or a late night.
The truth is you really have to walk through this house to see what it is like. If something about it feels right to you even just a little or if you are curious about Arabian Ranches 3 in general just let me know. Reach out any time and we can take a look together.
