Ruba, Arabian Ranches 3
Some homes make you feel at ease right from the start. Walking into this three bedroom townhouse in Ruba at Arabian Ranches 3, I actually took a minute just to stand by the window and notice the sunlight slipping in. There is something about the light here that just makes everything feel more open and calm. The Manar Collection here has a simple and natural vibe, nothing flashy, which honestly suits the community so well.
You notice straight away how the ground floor sort of flows together. The living room and dining area are just one comfortable open space. The kitchen sits just off to the side and it actually feels like somewhere you might cook a real family dinner instead of just heating something up. While I was there, I imagined how easy it would be to keep an eye on kids doing homework at the table while the food simmers or even just chatting with friends who have stopped by. The garden is tucked away right off the living room. You could easily picture a small barbecue in the evenings or letting the kids out to play after school. Sometimes you just forget about your phone when you look out there and catch a bit of green.
There is a maid's room tucked in on the ground floor, and a little powder room too which is honestly just practical for a busy house. There is a carport at the front so nobody has to worry about parking on the road and it fits two cars pretty easily which is sometimes rare.
Upstairs is a bit surprising because the master bedroom takes up what feels like nearly half the floor. There is loads of storage for all the usual extras and the en suite just feels peaceful. Actually, the best bit is standing out on the balcony in the morning and listening to the quiet. From there you get a view right out over your backyard and into the green space of Ruba. One of the other bedrooms even has its own private terrace which makes it feel a bit special, maybe for an older child or as a guest room. All the rooms just feel simple and restful, no fuss.
Arabian Ranches 3 is a great place if you like a community feel. Some afternoons you might see kids riding their bikes or families wandering out to the park. There is always something happening at the clubhouse too. It has a fitness centre that never seems crowded plus an outdoor wellness space if you like your yoga in the fresh air. The pool grotto looks pretty fun, especially for young ones or even just for an evening swim when it is quiet. Every now and again you spot people grilling at the barbecue zone or just chatting on the lounge terrace as the sun goes down.
The wider community here is really something. There is a huge botanical garden to get lost in, playgrounds for all ages, and a lot of parks sprinkled everywhere including a skate park that is actually kind of lively in the evenings. People love the jogging path in the mornings and sometimes you see a local football match happening on the pitch. There is also a cricket patch for when you feel like something different, and even a spot for parkour for the more adventurous. Everything has been thought out. You will barely have to leave for day to day stuff either. There is going to be a proper school right in the area plus a clinic and new spots for little shops and cafes. The coffee shop is never far which helps on those early mornings.
Getting around is easy enough. Downtown Dubai is a straight shot and never feels far. Mall of the Emirates is close for a weekend out or some shopping. Both main airports are accessible and with the new metro line planned, it is just going to get even easier.
If you want a townhouse that feels like a real home instead of just a place to stay, this one at Ruba might be worth a look. There is something about the space and the neighborhood that just feels right. The only way to really know is to stop by and see it for yourself.
