Reem Community, Arabian Ranches 2
Some homes just have their own quiet way of greeting you and honestly this three bedroom townhouse in Reem Community at Arabian Ranches 2 does exactly that. I walked in and straight away there was this real sense of easy living, not just a show home feel. You'll notice all the natural light stretching in as you look through the living room. Even with the big tall windows and the white walls there is still a proper warm feeling to it. That is not something you get everywhere.
So here it is. It is a true family home and honestly it feels ready for you to just settle in, maybe drop your bags, put the kettle on. Downstairs the open plan living space flows nicely and it does not feel cramped at all even if you have kids with you running about or friends coming over. The kitchen is proper. I actually noticed the breakfast bar and it is not just for looks – I could imagine sitting there with a coffee in the morning, maybe even trying to have that peaceful breakfast before the day gets busy. There is room for a big six burner stove if you are into cooking a real meal not just heating something easy after work. Storage everywhere but not shoved in your face. Someone actually thought about the layout. The maid's room fits naturally at the back too so you are not bumping into anyone.
The plot area outside feels private without being boxed in. I saw families walking their dogs outside and honestly it made me picture weekends grilling out with neighbors waving hello as they pass. Evenings can be seriously peaceful here. Sometimes you will hear kids biking along the park paths or just playing in one of the green spots dotted through the Reem community.
Head upstairs and you find all three bedrooms are actually a good size not just one big one and two tiny ones. Each has built in wardrobes so you will not be running out of space for clothes or shoes. That comes in handy. The master bedroom is probably my favorite part. There is a balcony where you can stand in the early morning and actually hear the birds in the trees. The en suite bathroom has a gentle vibe, nothing over the top but genuinely a nice retreat if you want to unwind after a long day.
Talking about Arabian Ranches 2 you probably already know it is one of the most family friendly spots in Dubai. It just is. You see people out walking after dinner and you can easily get to the main pool or the separate kids pool, which is actually nice not to have to share. Reem Community feels safe and clean and not too crowded. Parks are everywhere. The Arabian Ranches Souk is close enough that you can walk over to grab groceries from Carrefour, grab a coffee or a quick bite at one of the cafes. There is even a pharmacy and a bunch of local shops if you forget something for dinner or need a last minute school supply.
Fitness First gym is right there along with the big leisure center. You will see people swimming before work or heading to yoga classes and honestly it is pretty easy to stick to a healthy routine with all of this so close. Major roads are never too far away but you will not really hear them so you get this calm feeling every day without having to feel cut off from the rest of the city.
With a built up area of around two thousand two hundred square feet you really do get space to breathe here both inside and out. The two car garage is actually practical not just for looks and storage never feels tight. The community view adds this layer of openness and light you keep noticing every time you walk through.
That is really the thing about this townhouse in Reem. It is simple but thoughtful. Nothing flashy but nothing missing. If you want to see if this is the right next step for you the only way really is to come and have a look in person. If you want to walk through or just ask a few questions reach out whenever you want. At LuxuryProperty.com we always do our best to help you feel at ease with your next move.
