GEMS Winchester School Dubai is not far at all and you see plenty of kids in uniform in the mornings heading out with their parents.
Security is tight but not over the top. The sense of community in May is already taking shape with little meet ups in the evening or neighbours waving hello. Honestly it just feels easy to settle in. The development is still growing which means there is a sense of excitement here that you do not always find in older places. You can sort of make your own mark from the start.
