Maybe it is all the natural light in the main living space or maybe it is just how the quiet outside sort of sneaks in. I remember pausing by the big windows because you can actually look out and see generous bits of green that make you forget you are still in Dubai.

There is a sense of privacy but still you always see families walking their dogs after work or kids kicking a ball around not far from the front door. The whole of Arabella 2 feels full of families and there is never a time someone is not out for a stroll especially when the sun is lower.

Sometimes I have seen families just open the sliding doors and spill outside with their coffee cups in the early morning.

Each has quiet corners that would suit studying or reading or just a soft chair for scrolling before you sleep. The master feels a little more peaceful and even the kids' rooms have that relaxed vibe. Bathrooms are modern, nothing fancy but you do not need fancy when everything is easy to clean and just works.
This place has extra rooms that make day to day life smoother. There is a maid's room and a laundry room plus a good bit of storage so moving in would actually feel simple. You get a powder room for guests which is just sensible and the flow from one room to the next feels natural. Sometimes you move around and realize nothing squeaks or feels awkward.
One thing people love about Arabella Townhouses is it really is green. The gardens outside are cared for and you are never more than a few minutes from Mudon Central Park. Arabella is big enough to have everything but small enough to feel friendly and Mudon in general is getting more popular for families who want safe streets and quiet evenings but do not want to compromise on access.
The townhouse itself sits on a green border so the corner plot gets a little more space than most. I have seen kids playing outside without worrying about cars rushing past. There are also little community groceries and coffee places tucked nearby so honestly you might forget where you put your car keys some days because most things are just a walk away.
