At the same time, you do not feel cut off. In fact, you are minutes from coffee shops, supermarket runs and, if you want, some of the best restaurants in Dubai. People always mention how Palm Jumeirah has that resort lifestyle and honestly, it is true but it never really sinks in until you are sitting on the terrace, coffee in hand with nothing but sea in front of you.

The apartment clocks in at six thousand four hundred square feet which sounds big but you really feel it when you are inside. The layout is smart so nothing is cramped and even the hallways give you that extra space for art or maybe a bookshelf. And while this penthouse looks stunning on pictures, it is one of those places that just feels better in person. Not every property has that.
