The Hills A, The Hills
Some homes just bring a kind of calm with them as soon as you open the front door. That is what I kept thinking when I visited this three bedroom apartment at The Hills A, right near Emirates Golf Course. There is something about the way the light spills in from those huge floor to ceiling windows that makes the place feel almost gentle. I stood there a minute and just watched a few golf carts move in the distance and birds making their way over the grass, and I will be honest with you, Dubai rarely seems this peaceful.
You step inside and immediately there is a sense of space. The half open kitchen sits to one side and actually feels like a place you might make breakfast for the family—not just heat something up from the fridge. There is a breakfast counter too, so you can chat with friends or keep an eye on your kids in the living room while you cook. The living and dining area flows out beyond the kitchen and you will notice all the natural light right away. The glass stretches nearly wall to wall, and the view over the golf course catches your eye before you even realize it. Sometimes it feels like you might just pull up a chair and watch the sun set behind Dubai Marina without even thinking about the time.
Walking through the apartment a little more, you will find the three bedrooms spaced out in a way that feels right—never too far, never too close. The master suite sits apart, with its own walk in closet and a bathroom that gives you a genuine sense of privacy. You will also spot the maid's room and another bedroom tucked in, each with their own bathrooms, so if guests come over or family stays it just feels easy, not crowded at all.
You can step right out onto the big balcony from pretty much every room. The balcony itself stretches almost the full width of the apartment. I leaned on the railing for a bit in the early evening and it really felt like a private spot up above everything, just soaking up the city view. Out there, the skyline mixes with the green of the course and you even catch a bit of warm breeze every now and then.
Living at The Hills A, you also get access to all those handy little extras that make daily life more comfortable. There is a good sized pool where you can actually swim—not just lounge—and a gym that is properly equipped, not an afterthought. You will probably see a few neighbors out at the BBQ or even doing yoga on the lawn on weekends. And the best thing is, you always feel looked after since security, housekeeping, and maintenance are all sorted. It gives a sense of community here, but not in a way that feels busy or overwhelming.
If you like to get out and about, the location really is spot on. Emirates Golf Club is right next door, and The Address Montgomerie is only a few minutes away if you fancy a round or want to grab lunch after work. Everything else—Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, MBR City—is nearby thanks to Sheikh Zayed Road being just around the corner. Even the airports are both easy enough to get to, whether you are coming or going.
From what I could tell, The Hills A has a slightly different energy compared to some of the shinier newer towers out there. It is still modern, still well finished, but it feels settled—like the kind of place where you really come home at the end of the day. There are even moments where you catch yourself just enjoying the quiet, maybe forgetting about your phone for a bit, which is rare in Dubai. It would make a solid choice as a primary residence if you want something grounded but not boring. Or maybe a steady second home if you just want to have a base in the city.
The only way to know if it feels right for you is to come and take a look for yourself. Any questions at all or if you just want to see it in person let me know any time. At LuxuryProperty.com, we are always happy to help make your next move not just simple but honestly a bit more comfortable.
