The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa, Jumeirah Beach Residence
Some homes really do feel special the second you walk in and this three bedroom apartment at The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa, right here in Jumeirah Beach Residence, has that easy sort of magic. I remember just pausing by the full length windows for a moment and all you see is the sea outside with the curve of Palm Jumeirah straight ahead. Dubai Marina is to the side, boats gliding by. There is this hush to the place that makes you want to just stay and soak it in for a bit.
Every time I go inside, I notice how the light finds its way everywhere. The whole apartment has floor to ceiling glass so it just feels calm and bright no matter what time of day it is. The living area is pretty spacious and it is set up so that even if you have friends over or just want a quiet evening, it somehow works for both. The dining space sits just next to this open kitchen and honestly, it is not just a show kitchen. The countertops are wide enough that you can actually cook up something real here, not just heat leftovers. The appliances are fitted and the design has this modern Italian vibe that somehow feels both new and welcoming, not cold or overdone. Sometimes I stand by the kitchen island and you can see the sea through the windows, so making your morning coffee is a little moment all to itself.
The balcony that runs out from the main room feels like an extra little retreat. Some places claim to have a sea view but here, you are high enough that there is nothing getting between you and the water. Sunrise is seriously worth getting up early for, just to see the light on the water. The Address staff always keep the glass sparkling clean so you never miss a bit of that view.
When you walk back into the private part of the apartment, you will find two bedrooms down the hall, each with their own bathrooms. There are built in wardrobes so space for everything just disappears into the design. I have seen families use these rooms for the kids or guests, but also, some people just need a good work from home setup and the light in here makes it pretty easy to focus. At the end of the hallway, the master bedroom curves around with its own private balcony that might be my favorite spot. There is a dressing area right off the bedroom and a master bathroom that is big enough you never end up bumping elbows in the morning rush. Sometimes, when the weather is good, you can leave the balcony door a little ajar and just let the sound of the water drift in while you get ready for your day.
You also get maid quarters tucked beside the kitchen, which is handy even if you just want a bit of extra storage space. The sense of privacy runs right through the apartment. Even with the stunning resort facilities just downstairs, it never feels crowded or too busy when you are up here.
Downstairs actually feels more like a luxury holiday than a typical apartment building. There is a massive infinity pool that pulls your attention every time you step outside plus a gym that gets real sun and not just the usual strip lighting. You will bump into neighbors heading out for a swim or grabbing a coffee before heading to the private beach. That stretch of sand is just for residents and guests, about a hundred meters worth, which in Dubai is a pretty rare thing. Some evenings there are families playing on the grass. Other times there is just the quiet of waves and the skyline off in the haze.
Living at The Address Jumeirah means the little stuff feels easy too. The concierge sorts your deliveries, the maintenance people handle things quickly, and honestly, you just get used to living a bit more like a resort guest than a regular apartment dweller. On weekends, you probably will not even move your car since cafes, shops, and beach walks are all within steps.
If you are looking for a waterfront apartment in Dubai that is more than just a place to sleep, this one deserves a walk through. The only real way to know if it calls to you is to come see it for yourself. If you have any questions or want to check out the views in person, I am happy to show you around. At LuxuryProperty.com, we really do try to make your next move as comfortable as possible.
