Even parking does not feel like a hassle in this building which is something I cannot say for every spot on the Palm.

The security and upkeep at Shoreline actually stand out. You do not really think about it while you are here because everything just works. Elevators never keep you waiting long and the common areas are always clean. There are plenty of green spaces and sometimes you see kids riding bikes out front in the late afternoons. You feel like people actually live here not just visit.
