Seventh Heaven, Al Barari
Some places just have this gentle kind of welcome when you walk in. This three bedroom duplex at Seventh Heaven in Al Barari really gives you that feeling. I remember the first time I visited I stopped for a minute right by those glass doors and just felt lucky to see Dubai laid out in the distance on one side and all this green right outside on the other. It is easy to forget that you are still in the city with how peaceful it feels here. If you have ever been to Al Barari you might know what I mean already. Everything is a little calmer. Even the air smells different sometimes.
The space here is really generous. Walk through the main entrance and you get city and community views straight away. You have this big open living area that just draws you out to the terrace. The glass sliding doors are wide and when you open them, it all kind of merges. Honestly I can imagine lazy breakfasts outdoors or friends gathering for dinner with music going quietly in the background. You do not get these big terraces that stretch right across the living and dining spaces very often in Dubai apartments. It feels like something you could really use every day not just for special occasions.
The kitchen is actually split into two parts. There is the show kitchen and the separate one tucked out of sight for day to day cooking or if you have help at home. I noticed the fittings are pretty high quality and those appliances are not just for show. The kitchen feels real like you could make big family meals here. There is also a guest powder room downstairs plus a maid's room, which makes life a bit easier if you have family visiting or someone to help with things around the house.
Then the bedrooms. All three are on the upper level and to be honest, they surprised me because of how much light you get. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and those bathrooms are honestly some of the nicest I have seen in this area. Marble tiles everywhere, big windows where you can actually soak in a tub and look out at gardens and trees or even spot a bit of the skyline if you are facing the right direction. The master bedroom stands out though. It has its own private terrace which is one of my favourite spots. Try taking your morning coffee out there and just sitting for five or ten minutes. The sun comes up and sometimes you even hear birds that you do not get in the heart of the city. For me, that is the sort of thing that makes a place feel like home.
The view is another thing you will probably notice straight off. On clear days you can see all the way to the Burj Khalifa while still being wrapped in these gardens and walking trails that come with Al Barari. It is a proper escape from the usual Dubai noise. Most days you get people out walking with kids or jogging early before the sun gets strong. There are actual streams that flow through the gardens here and the landscaping just looks looked after. Plus, even though it is super green, it is still easy to get almost anywhere in Dubai pretty quickly. For coffee lovers like me, there is a good coffee shop nearby where you sometimes see people working on laptops or just chatting.
This apartment is about five thousand square feet so honestly, it feels almost like a villa in the sky. You hardly ever find that much space in a Dubai apartment, especially one for rent and ready to move in right now. The Seventh Heaven building itself feels secure and calm when you come in and you are surrounded by neighbours who seem to actually enjoy living here. The whole Al Barari community is designed with the environment in mind so it is not just another tower block with pretty gardens but a proper green oasis.
There is always more to see than you can fit into words so if you are at all curious, the best thing really is to come and have a look for yourself. If you want me to walk you through or you just have a question about life in Al Barari or this apartment, I am always happy to help. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make your next home feel like something you can settle into quietly and easily. Sometimes you only know if it feels right after you have seen it in person so just reach out anytime.
