Some homes just slow you down right when you walk in. This three bedroom apartment at Serenia Residences on Palm Jumeirah did that for me. I found myself standing in the middle of the living room for a minute and just looking out at all that open blue water through the floor to ceiling windows. You will see kids on bikes sometimes in the evenings and people walking with their dogs down by the beach. Parking is simple here too. It just feels easy.
