Park Heights 1, Park Heights, Dubai Hills Estate
Some places genuinely make you pause for a second before you even realize it. This three bedroom apartment at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate does that. When I first stepped out onto the balcony, I just stopped. There is this soft breeze, the kind that actually makes you look up from your phone, and a big view of Dubai Hills Central Park. You can see families walking their dogs sometimes and in the morning someone will always be jogging past. It is the sort of spot you just want to keep looking at for a bit longer.
Inside, the layout just feels easy. There is one of those wide entrance hallways so you do not feel boxed in when you come home. To your left, the living and dining space gets tons of light thanks to these floor to ceiling windows. I actually stood there for a moment just watching the clouds and trying to spot a few birds in the trees below. Even the balcony is something else. It really wraps all the way around the corner so you can have your coffee in the sun and, if you like, dinner outside with friends by dusk. Honestly, some apartments talk about views but here it really is all around you every single day.
The kitchen is tucked at the rear of the living room and yes, you can actually cook here. Not a hotel style galley, but somewhere you might want to try a new recipe. The breakfast bar gets natural light in the morning and there is space for a decent gas oven and one of those big American fridge freezers. If you have people over, it is one of those kitchens where everyone kind of wanders in to talk and have a drink while you get things done. You will also spot plenty of built in units so you never run out of space to stash things and it does not look cluttered. I liked that a lot.
Walking down the hallway, you get a sense of how open the apartment feels. There is a guest powder room that does not feel like an afterthought and some clever storage tucked away so coats, shoes, even groceries have a proper spot. The bedrooms sit quietly at the back and each one has views across the park. Even the smallest one feels welcoming and not just like it was squeezed in for show. The main bedroom, well, that is the best part if you like waking up to green instead of towers. You get a walk in closet you will actually use and a bathroom that feels almost spa like. Shower, a bathtub where you can relax for longer than you meant to, and you get those double sinks that absolutely come in handy.
There is a maid's room with its own bathroom which can be good if you need extra storage or a bit of help at home. Plus, a proper guest bathroom off the hallway which is handy for visitors so no awkward trips through your bedroom at dinner. Two parking spaces are actually reserved for you which makes mornings a lot less stressful.
People who live at Mulberry seem pretty happy. I have seen families by the BBQ spots and in the pool area at weekends. There are two swimming pools, a gym that looks out across the gardens, and direct access to the park. You can walk to the little bakery nearby or just stroll along the paths with a coffee in hand. The community here, you will notice, is never too crowded and there is just a calm feeling in the evenings when the city noise feels far away.
It is also convenient if you need to get out to Downtown Dubai or the Marina. The main roads are close but you barely hear them. So you get this balance of location and peace that really works.
Best way to know if it fits you is to take a look in person. If you want to see what the view feels like or just get a sense of the space, let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we are always happy to help you feel right at home.
