Light just pours in from the minute you open the door and honestly I ended up slowing down and drifting towards the window before I even noticed anything else. Up here you feel the air change. There is this sense you are floating somewhere above Dubai but still close enough that you can spot the little boats trailing across the water if you actually take the time to look. And you probably will, at least when you are here.

The living area is all open and easy. The kitchen sits right there, no walls hiding it, but it feels like a spot you would actually want to cook in or maybe just sit with some coffee in the morning. There is this big infinity pool where you can watch the sun set and it sort of feels like it just blends into the Gulf. Kids have their own shaded pool which I always think is smart. The gym downstairs is bright with all the gear you really want. Sauna and steam rooms, too, so you can actually relax like you are on holiday even if you are just coming home from work. Living here just feels easy.

A lot of people talk about La Vie because it is sold out and for good reason. The location at Jumeirah Beach Residence means you are close to everything. Restaurants all along the walk, coffee shops open all day and the sea just footsteps away. Sometimes you see neighbors meeting for a swim before breakfast or heading out with paddleboards as the sun comes up. Morning walks just feel lighter with that salty air.

Honestly, apartments like this at JBR do not come along every day.
