Golf Heights, Emirates Hills 2
Some homes just make you breathe out as soon as you walk in. This three bedroom apartment in Golf Heights, right in Emirates Living, does that for me every time. I stepped inside and right away you feel that calm that comes from all the green outside and the gentle city light sort of drifting in through big windows. It is easy to imagine actually living here, not just passing through for a viewing.
Sometimes you visit an apartment and it is all show. Here, though, it feels like someone already thought about what it's like to sit down with a cup of coffee after work or leave your shoes by the door and just relax. The main living space is pretty generous. You can tell, because even after you walk around the sofas there's still space for the kids or the dog to flop down on the carpet. The light is always bright but soft, not too harsh, and in the late afternoon you catch bits of gold coming through from the direction of the golf course. I watched someone tee off while I was standing at the terrace. It's a wide terrace, too. Easy to picture a couple of chairs out there, maybe a barbecue. Even if you are not really a golfer, it is hard to deny how peaceful that stretch of green is. Honestly, sometimes I think being in Emirates Hills 2 makes life feel just a bit slower in a good way.
The kitchen here is open and set up for actual cooking. I even noticed they left enough counter space so someone can chop while someone else stirs a pot. It is not one of those kitchens that is just for looks. The finishes are all pretty modern, nice under-cabinet lights, those soft close drawers that everyone loves. The dining area is close enough so dinner moves straight from oven to table, but you do not feel crowded in.
You have three bedrooms, which right away means everyone can get a bit of peace. The master bedroom is my favourite. It looks right over the community and you get that long open view. You wake up in the morning and it is just blue skies and city beyond the trees. There is a built in wardrobe that is actually big enough for a couple, the sort where you can hang up everything and still have room to tuck away shoes and bags at the bottom. The bathroom is just as well thought out. Walk in shower. Good size mirror so there is no bumping elbows. Again, nothing is too fussy but everything is solid, modern and feels good.
You'll notice little touches as you wander room to room. Lights where you want them. A sense of calm carries from the floors up through the ceiling. Even the way the rooms are set up, you never feel boxed in. You can hear birds in the early morning. On weekends you see kids biking by the landscaped gardens and later in the evenings, families walking together near the lakes.
Emirates Living really is all about that metropolitan lifestyle but with a neighbourhood twist. The Address Montgomerie and Vida Emirates Hills are both nearby if you want a good meal or a change of scene. Getting to Marina or JLT is quick, but you will probably find you want to spend more time here on the weekend, just watching the sun dip down over the green.
This apartment in Golf Heights covers a very comfortable built area of over one thousand eight hundred square feet. It comes fully finished to a high quality, so moving in feels simple. All you really have to do is bring your own favourite chairs and maybe a plant or two.
The only way you can tell if it is the right fit is to see it for yourself, walk through the rooms and imagine your own routine here. If you want to ask questions or maybe just look around, reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty dot com, we always try to make your move feel as relaxed and straightforward as it should be.
