Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places just put you in a different kind of mood as soon as you walk in. This three bedroom apartment at Emaar Beachfront in Dubai Harbour is definitely like that. I came in and just wanted to stand by the window for a little while and watch the waves. You really get these wide open views over the whole Arabian Gulf and you can spot the skyline of Dubai Marina and sometimes you even catch a glimpse of the Palm.
Honestly the way the living spaces are set out here is pretty smart. Everything is open so the kitchen sort of merges into the dining and living room. It just feels easy to move around and I could imagine hosting friends or just having a quiet meal with this backdrop. The kitchen does not just look good either. The appliances are top notch, all ready if you actually enjoy cooking instead of always ordering something in. You will also notice little touches that show someone has thought about what living here is actually like.
As you move down the hallway the bedrooms just sort of flow one after another. The two secondary bedrooms have built in closets and each sits in their own corner with nice big windows and lots of light even when the weather's not showing off. And then the master bedroom is just a little different. First off there's a walk in closet which is always useful. The bathroom is all en suite with really nice fittings. Best part for me is the private balcony off the master so you can step outside first thing in the morning and just take a breath before you do anything else. It is the kind of spot where you could forget your phone for a bit.
If you step back to the living area you will see another balcony that actually wraps around the side. I stood out there for a few minutes the first time just watching the clouds move. It adds a lot of space for when you're having people over or even if you just want a different place to have coffee in the morning. Sometimes you hear the waves even when you're inside which makes it feel very separate from the rest of the city.
Inside the whole place is finished in these sandy white shades with some aquamarine hints here and there that genuinely remind you you're living by the sea. Even though this one is unfurnished right now you sort of get that beach vibe as soon as you step in. The bathrooms are just as crisp and the powder room by the entry is always handy when you have guests. There is a separate maid's room too in case you need extra space.
Now the amenities actually stand out here at South Beach in Emaar Beachfront. There is a massive infinity pool that just disappears into the horizon plus big landscaped gardens that are always kept up nicely. The best part for most people really is the private beach. It stretches further than you would expect. I saw families walking in the evenings and sometimes people jogging down near the water. Having this kind of beachfront access makes Dubai feel like a true resort town sometimes. There's always someone from concierge if you need help and valet helps if you are carrying groceries. You can even get a bit of hotel style service now and then which is nice when you just want to be at home and not do anything at all.
You are close to the marina if you like to go out for dinner or even just stroll along the promenade. Shops and a few nice coffee spots are never far. I have seen kids skateboarding after sunset and the whole area just seems more relaxed compared to some other busy neighbourhoods in the city.
The only real way to know if this place is right is to come walk through it yourself. If you want to talk about it or ask anything at all just reach out. We are always around here at LuxuryProperty.com and it is our job to make moving somewhere new feel a little simpler.
