The gym is fully set up but honestly you may find yourself getting more exercise just walking by the water or heading out to the Marina.

Another thing is how close everything feels. Dubai Harbour is really right next door and the coffee shop is never far. Nights here are pretty easygoing but you are close to everything in the city if you ever want a faster pace. Sunrise Bay itself just feels a bit hidden and that is a good thing sometimes.
