Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places just put you at ease when you walk in and this three bedroom apartment at Sunrise Bay on Emaar Beachfront brought that feeling right away. I remember how the light hit the living room in the late afternoon and for a minute I forgot I had calls waiting. You really feel the open space here and there is just so much glass everywhere you look. Sometimes the city can be a bit much but you honestly get this calm island vibe as soon as you arrive at Emaar Beachfront. It is easy to see why this area is getting so popular in Dubai.
About the apartment itself. You have got these clean modern lines everywhere but nothing feels cold. The kitchen is open plan and sort of opens into the living area so if you are the kind of person who likes to cook and chat at the same time, it just works. The appliances are there already and honestly it feels like a place you would try a new recipe and maybe spill a little flour and not worry about it. One thing that is hard to get over is how the living area pours out onto this huge balcony. The balcony wraps all the way around so you never really lose that sunlight. You can lean out and catch the sea breeze or just watch the sunset and the strange thing is with the Dubai Eye in view you kind of feel plugged into the city even though you are right on the shore. The master bedroom gets its own balcony too so if you ever want some quiet in the morning it is easy to just wake up and step outside. Not every place gives you that kind of morning.
The walk in wardrobe in the master is actually big enough to make you rethink your shopping though you might be glad you finally have enough space to keep things from piling up. Ensuite bathrooms of course and it just makes getting ready in the morning feel easy. The other bedrooms do not feel like afterthoughts either. I always notice when rooms get a good shape and are not stuck away in odd corners and these ones get good natural light too. Sometimes you even catch the sound of kids laughing from below or a seagull overhead. Sounds small but for me it matters.
The community at Emaar Beachfront has grown into one of the best spots in Dubai. You have private beach access so you can actually walk out in the morning with a coffee and listen to the waves or just take a walk after work when you need to clear your head. There is a podium level swimming pool that always seems to have someone doing slow laps or just floating and letting time pass. The kids pool and playground down there often have little ones running around while parents chat and look out over the water. There is a barbeque space when the weather is right and plenty of places to just sit out and watch the sky change color. The gym is fully set up but honestly you may find yourself getting more exercise just walking by the water or heading out to the Marina.
Another thing is how close everything feels. Dubai Harbour is really right next door and the coffee shop is never far. Nights here are pretty easygoing but you are close to everything in the city if you ever want a faster pace. Sunrise Bay itself just feels a bit hidden and that is a good thing sometimes.
About the details. This apartment is just over two thousand square feet so you get that space to move around and make it your own. The views are the kind people send photos of their friends and family and there is always something to look at. At five point seven million AED you are really getting a slice of Dubai living that few spots offer.
But as always the only way you really know if a place is right is to come see it and walk through. If you want a look or just have some questions you can reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we want your next move to feel like the right one and as easy as possible.
All the details you need about your favorite property, neatly packed into one handy file.
